What file formats do you accept?+
We accept JPG, PNG, and TIFF files. For the best print quality, we recommend a minimum of 2000 pixels on the longest edge of your image. Higher resolution files will produce sharper results, particularly at larger print sizes.
How long will my order take?+
Standard orders (without retouching) are produced and dispatched within 5–7 business days. If you've selected a retouching add-on, our team will complete the retouching within 3–5 business days before your order goes into production, so please allow 8–12 business days in total.
What are the shipping costs?+
Shipping costs are calculated based on your order. Fine art print orders over $150 qualify for free shipping. Smaller print-only orders start from $9.95. Framed, canvas, and acrylic products require specialist packaging and are charged accordingly. All shipping costs are shown clearly before checkout.
Do you ship internationally?+
At this stage we ship within Australia only. If you're based overseas and would like to discuss a custom order, please get in touch via the Contact page and we'll do our best to assist.
What does retouching include?+
Our Basic Retouch ($50 per image) covers skin tone correction, blemish and spot removal, exposure and white balance adjustment, and crop or straighten refinement. Our Comprehensive Retouch ($150 per image) includes everything in Basic plus clothing and stray hair refinement, background clean-up, teeth and eye enhancement, and advanced colour grading.
What frame colours are available?+
Framed prints and framed canvases are available in three frame colours: White, Black, and Natural Timber. The Panoramic framed print size is available in White and Black only. Frame colour is selected during the ordering process.
Can I order prints from images taken by another photographer?+
You are welcome to order prints from any images that you own the rights to. Please ensure you have the appropriate permissions before ordering prints from professionally-taken photographs — most photographers retain copyright of their images unless explicitly transferred.
What is your quality guarantee?+
We stand behind the quality of every order. If your order arrives damaged or you're not satisfied with the print quality, please contact us within 14 days of receipt and we'll arrange a reprint at no charge.
Can I order prints from my Mark Morffew Studios session?+
Absolutely — this is one of the primary purposes of The Print Room. Simply upload the digital files from your gallery and follow the ordering process. If you have questions about your gallery files, please get in touch.
